We have a 7 day return policy

  • which means you have 7days to request a return after you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address.If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package.

About exchange

If it is not a quality problem or a return or exchange service caused by a wrong delivery product, the buyer will bear the freight (including freight, customs clearance fees and related taxes)

  • When you sign for the order, please make sure to check whether the delivery order is correct.
