We have a 7 day return policy

• which means you have 7days to request a return after you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at wishneyjewelry2023@gmail.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address.If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package.

About exchange 

exchange After receiving the product, please confirm with the delivery staff whether the product is damaged. If it is not a quality problem or a return or exchange service caused by a wrong delivery product, the buyer will bear the freight (including freight, customs clearance fees and related taxes)

When you sign for the order, please make sure to check whether the delivery order is correct. Wishney Jewels offers an 8 month manufacturing warranty on all items which only covers faulty clasps and faulty links in the chain. In the unlikely event that breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 8 months of purchase, Wishney Jewels will gladly repair the item or provide a fully paid gift card and free return. Customers will also get a 3-month extended warranty on repair items. Damage caused by personal wear and tear, discoloration and fading due to metal skin reaction, improper handling or failure to maintain your item in accordance with our care guidelines is not covered by the warranty.
