• which means you have 7days to request a return after you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Wishney Jewels offers an 8 month manufacturing warranty on all items which only covers faulty clasps and faulty links in the chain. In the unlikely event that breakage occurs due to a manufacturing fault within the first 8 months of purchase, Wishney Jewels will gladly repair the item or provide a fully paid gift card and free return. Customers will also get a 3-month extended warranty on repair items. Damage caused by personal wear and tear, discoloration and fading due to metal skin reaction, improper handling or failure to maintain your item in accordance with our care guidelines is not covered by the warranty.
